FoxPress Media UK is a Berkshire-registered marketing and media consultancy built on a commissioning model: a permanent core team accountable for strategy, client relationships, and quality control, working with specialist practitioners and established media partners selected for each individual brief.
This is how production and communications work is done at a professional level. A campaign is not stronger because everyone involved shares a postcode; it is stronger when the editor, the designer, the animator, and the publicist have each been chosen for their particular expertise and their particular market relationships. We build the team around the brief rather than the brief around the team.
The record supports it. Work produced by Foxpress Studios has received Platinum honours at the Hermes Creative Awards, the Viddy Awards, and the MarCom Awards, assessed against thousands of international entries, and the group holds recognition from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals and membership of the Public Relations Society of America.
FoxPress Media UK Limited is registered in England and Wales, Company No. 16252704, incorporated in February 2025 as the UK subsidiary of Foxpress Media LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. Our records are publicly available at Companies House.
FoxPress Media UK holds the client relationship, the contract, campaign strategy, and media coordination for the UK and European market. British press placement, event coordination, and media outreach are delivered through our established UK publicity partner. Production, creative, sales, and campaign support — including the consultants and account representatives who speak with clients directly — is delivered by the Foxpress Media team in the Philippines, engaged through a licensed outsourcing partner. Specialist commissions — translation, narration, illustration, market adaptation, and particular technical disciplines — are placed with vetted independent professionals in the relevant markets.
Because our commissioning network extends beyond the United Kingdom, client personal data and project material may be processed outside the UK. We do this under appropriate safeguards, and our Privacy Policy sets out how international transfers are handled. All personnel and commissioned partners are bound by written confidentiality obligations, and clients retain copyright in their work throughout.
Our registered office is The Future Works, 2 Brunel Way, Slough, Berkshire SL1 1FQ, as recorded at Companies House. It is used for statutory filings, contracts, and formal correspondence, and is not a client-receiving premises.
The United States address shown on this site, 45 S Arroyo Pkwy, Pasadena, CA 91105, is a correspondence address held by our parent company, Foxpress Media LLC, so that clients in the United States can post documents domestically rather than internationally. Mail is forwarded to our administrative team in Slough. As it is a correspondence address
rather than a staffed facility, please write to us before sending couriered items or anything requiring a signature. A physical US office forms part of the group’s expansion planning.
Our premises at 269 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire SL1 5PP is a private showroom and meeting facility, and the base for our administrative team. It is not a walk-in office and is not open to callers without an appointment, but it can be prepared for client meetings, presentations, and creative reviews where a face-to-face discussion would genuinely serve the work. Access is by prior arrangement only.
Whichever address you are writing to, please confirm the correct destination with us before posting documents, printed materials, or payment of any kind. Items sent unannounced may be delayed or returned.
How we work with clients
Every client has a named point of contact, a written service agreement, and an agreed schedule of updates.
Consultations, briefings, creative reviews, and progress discussions are conducted by telephone. We find a scheduled call to be the most direct and efficient way to talk through a manuscript, a campaign, or a set of creative choices, and it fits readily around clients in different time zones. Where a matter is genuinely visual — reviewing a cover, a layout, or a trailer edit — we arrange a video call or screen share instead.
Substantive calls are followed by written confirmation. What we discussed, what was agreed, and what happens next go into an email so that both sides are working from the same record.
Scope is set in that order deliberately: discussion first, documentation second. Once we have talked through what you want to achieve and what is realistic, we issue a written service agreement setting out the deliverables, the inclusions and exclusions, the timeline, the revision rounds, and the fee. Nothing begins until you have read that document and confirmed it reflects the conversation.
We take the same approach through delivery. Approvals are recorded, revisions are logged against the rounds agreed, and progress updates are put in writing. The intention is that at any point in the project you can look back at correspondence and see precisely what was agreed and when — which matters more than the format any single conversation took.
The great majority of our client relationships run from first consultation to final delivery without a face-to-face meeting. That is by design rather than limitation: our specialists are commissioned across several markets, and a documented remote process gives clients a clearer record of what was agreed than a series of in-person conversations would.
Where a face-to-face discussion would genuinely serve the work, we can host clients at our private showroom in Slough, Berkshire, which can be arranged for presentations, creative reviews, and campaign discussions. We are also glad to meet clients alongside industry events our partners attend, such as the London Book Fair.
Meetings are by prior appointment and subject to the availability of the relevant team members. Please write to support@foxpressmedia.com with your preferred dates, allowing a minimum of ten (10) business days’ notice so that the right people can attend and the material can be prepared properly. We are not able to accommodate unscheduled visits at any location, and we do not host meetings at our registered or correspondence addresses. Travel and attendance costs are the client’s own unless agreed in writing.
Prospective clients are welcome to request verification of our company registration, our operating structure, or the identity of any individual or partner contacting them on our behalf before engaging with us. Our Companies House record is public under registration number 16252704.
If anyone approaches you claiming to represent FoxPress Media and you are uncertain, please contact us directly before sending payment or material.
